“火星探索任务营”

 

 

在“火星探索任务营”中，5至7岁的小营员们将利用KUBO机器人学习到完整的

无屏编程核心知识与技巧！他们将扮演致力于未来科学的创造者、发明家和设计师，

不仅可以学习到基础的太空知识和编码概念如路线、功能和子程序等，

还能将越来越复杂的指令组合在一起，以预定的、有逻辑的方式完成任务。

 

 

进阶组小营员们将通过KUBO机器人迎接一系列更高难度的挑战，

如计划火星移民和完成火星漫步。在学习编程知识的同时，

他们也需要运用到所学过的物理、生物和化学知识来探索火星的魅力。

 

 

我们的“火星探索任务营”的小营员们不仅可以增强他们的科

学知识和编程技能，也能增强他们的团队协作力，培养批判性思维。

“小木屋数学奥秘营”

 

 

STEAM——建筑学和数学（运用到新加坡数学建模理论和探索启发教育法）

 

“小木屋数学奥秘营”将结合建筑工程知识和新加坡数学建模理论，

运用探索启发式的教学方式让小营员迎接STEAM的不同挑战。

他们不仅可以认识到数学与建筑学的巧妙关联，也能将课堂上所学的

“数学建模”知识运用到图纸策划、装饰设计和完善打磨中，打造属于自己的小木屋。

 

 

本营需要对小木屋进行建筑设计、搭建、分析、

建模或改进完善，小营员们也需要使用到不同的材料。

 

 

在这项挑战中，他们将经历木屋设计，解决各种问题，

以提出他们独特的木屋设计理念，并从零开始搭建。孩子们不仅有机

会激发自己的建筑学潜能，也能通过有趣和动手的方式学习各种知识理念！

“公众演讲营”

 

 

SPOTLIGHT X TRIOLS “公众演讲营”是一个充满活力的语言探索营，

无论是善谈型或害羞型，都能从中感受到乐趣。哪怕是不习惯在众人

面前的小营员们也能在结营时收获自信和勇气！他们将学习著名演说者的说话

方式和演讲内容，了解适合演讲的地点、时间以及演讲的魅力，甚至挑战单口喜剧！

 

 

学生将探索辩论技巧，了解肢体语言，演讲写作和采访技巧，

同时还将激发他们的即兴演说能力。他们也将对声音理论和人

声传递有基本的了解，例如呼吸控制，人声投射和

锻炼口齿清晰度，营造具有动感的人声表演。

 

 

此营不仅能为小营员们提供了一个有趣、富有创造力和实践性的学习环境，

有效培养他们的自信心。课程基于戏剧教学理念，学生将学习到不同的沟通技巧，

增强在公共场合演讲时的自信。在结营时，小营员们通过学习表演艺术和演讲

老师的亲自指点，不仅能学习到各种技能，更能在公共场合有更出色的演讲表现！

“少年创业家-商业领导力”

 

 

Oxbridge 少年创业家-商业领导力营专为12至15岁的营员设计,

介绍商业和领导力的一些概念和原则，作为营员们未来追求

在商业领域、商业创造和创业家成功职涯的基础。

 

 

项目包括真实案例研究和初创企业的设计。少年创业家是一门实践性的、

以动手操作为导向的课程，应用概念和最佳实践操作，将创业从想法变为现实。

营员们将学习到The Lean Startup 与 Design Thinking的概念，基本理解在商业过程中,

为什么和如何做出决定，以及这种结构如何应用于活跃和变化不断的创业世界。

营员将结合分析工具和方法论，例如Lean Canvas，并且使用实际的例子

来学习创业家为什么和如何开始创业，然后采取措施，开始自己创业。

 

项目的一部分将围绕成功企业家的生活和对他们的职业生涯展开学习与评判。

营员们将有机会了解托马斯·爱迪生、沃尔特·迪士尼、亨利·福特、史蒂夫·乔布斯

或埃隆·马斯克等开拓者的职业生涯，解开他们的商业领导力秘密——以及他们的失败。

 

在营的第10天中，营员们将在模拟Shark Tank场景中向家长和

投资者嘉宾展示自己的创业想法。营结束后, 每个营员都获得一张

由Oxbridge Academy与环识国际夏令营联合颁发的项目证书和Oxbridge Academy

成绩报告。这个项目的成绩单，对于未来要申请欧美名校的营员来说，是很好的辅助材料。

“Mission to Mars”

 

 

Using KUBO Coders to create a unique learning experience to

teach technology & coding to children 5 years old and above. Campers will

experience a program that inspire them to become creators, innovators and designers

of future technologies in outer space. They will learn basic concept of space science and

coding skills such as Routes, Functions, Subroutines, and putting together a

series of instructions that achieve the missions in a predetermined, logical way.

 

 

The Senior campers will further take on the challenge to plan a mission

of Mars colony and build Mars rovers by KUBO coders. They will be

applying basic principles of physics, biology and chemistry to solve mysteries

of the Martian surface while learning and enhancing their coding knowledge.

 

 

Our “Mission to Mars” campers will not only develop a basic

understanding of coding and science knowledge; but also

strengthen their collaboration and critical thinking skills.

“Math in the Wood Cabin”

 

 

STEAM – Engineering and Math (Singapore Math-Model

Drawing and Heuristic application)

 

“Math in the Wood Cabin” combines architecture engineering knowledge,

Singapore Math Model Drawing application and Heuristic approach into one STEAM

project challenge! Campers will be discovering the how closely related Math is with Engineering;

a great opportunity for them to apply their “Math Model Drawing” knowledge

learnt in their classroom to design and build a child-size wood cabin!

 

 

This project involve architecture designing, building, analyzing, modeling,

or improving a device. and campers they can also experiment with different materials.

 

 

Through this project challenge, they will to plan, problem-solve to come up with their unique

wood cabins design protocol and build them from scratch. This camp will be a great

opportunity for our students to get in touch with the architects in them,

while learning new concepts in a creative, fun and hands-on way!

SPOTLIGHT X TRIOLS

“Public Speaking”

 

 

SPOTLIGHT X TRIOLS Public Speaking is a very interactive, popular,

dynamic, exciting and fun for everyone from the naturally outgoing,

to the strong silent types. People who many not be very comfortable with

standing up in front of the group will leave the programme filled with confidence and

courage! Our campers will explore the how, what, where, when

and why of great orators, and even take a bite at stand-up comedy!

 

 

Students will explore debate techniques, body language, speech writing

and interview tips, while also developing their improvisational and impromptu speech

skill-set. Students will gain a foundational understanding of voice theory and vocal

delivery – such as breath control, vocal projection and clarity

of speech to create dynamic, coloured vocal performances.

 

 

This camp provides a wonderful foundation for students to develop

self-confidence in a fun, creative and practical environment. Using a series of drama-based

techniques students will cover a wide range of communication skills, taught through LAMDA

Examination certified performing arts and spoken voice professionals. Students will end

the camp with the ability to deliver show-stopping speech and

influence your audiences as you stand out from the crowd!

“Entrepreneurialism – Introduction to

Business And Leadership”

 

 

Oxbridge Business and Leadership Program focuses on the introduction

of business concepts and principles to youth age 12-15 years; setting a

strong foundation for successful careers in business, business creation,

and entrepreneurialism. The 10-day programme is designed to behands-on,

action-oriented; providing our campers the opportunity to apply concepts

and best practices to nurture their businesses ideas into reality. The coursework

includes real-life case studies and projects as our campers design their own start-up venture.

 

 

“The Lean Startup and Design Thinking” provides a sound framework

of the “why” and “how” in business decision-making, and business structure

application in today’s ever-evolving and exciting world of entrepreneurialism. Campers will

also be equipped with tools and methodologies such as “Lean Canvas”, unlocking business leadership

secrets and failures through practical examples organized around the careers of

trailblazers such as Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Steve Jobs, or Elon Musk.

 

The program culminates in the presentation of their business ideas to

parents and investors in a “Shark Tank” setting, providing a first-hand

experience as they embark on their entrepreneur journey. Campers will receive a

comprehensiveOxbridge Academic grade report and certificate provided by both Oxbridge

Academic Programs and WorldStrides Global Camps, which will serve as a very good supporting

document for campers with the intention to apply to prestigious universities in both Europe and USA.
